Yes. Access and launching a mission are free. You are only billed if an offer is accepted: at the start of the mission you choose the fee percentage on the gross annual salary, plus a €490 (excl. VAT) service fee on success.
No, no exclusivity is required. We simply expect responsiveness towards the headhunters working on your mission.
You benefit from a dual guarantee. If they leave within 3 months, we restart the search for free. If no replacement is found within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fee.
