one last question?
You set the fee for each role, between 5 and 30%. You only pay it once the person is hired. No fixed fees, no deposit. If you don't hire, you pay nothing. The Muzzo team helps you choose the right amount.
You have a double guarantee. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If we don't find a replacement within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of new hires are still in post after 3 months.
Click “get started” and describe your role in two steps. The Muzzo team gets back to you to refine what you need. Then the headhunters who make the most placements in that field get to work. Launching is free, with no exclusivity.

the reality
in healthcare, the right person has to know two trades
a developer isn't enough, they need to know health data
Certified hosting, patient data, interoperability: a telemedicine platform isn't built like an online shop. A healthcare headhunter knows who has done it before.
regulatory affairs set the launch date
Without a quality and regulatory affairs lead, a medical device doesn't ship. These people are scarce, already employed, and don't read job ads.
selling to clinicians is a job of its own
A salesperson who sells to doctors, pharmacies or hospitals has to speak their language. At Muzzo, each role goes to the headhunter who knows that job and that client.
the roles
the profiles our headhunters find for healthcare companies
Already 52 hires signed for 18 companies in healthcare. Your care staff are covered on our care and allied health pages: here, we recruit the people who keep the company running.
full stack and backend developer
They build the platform that patients and clinicians use every day. We have recruited several for Qare.
already hired in healthcare
DevOps and infrastructure engineer
They keep the platform online and the health data hosted in line with the rules. An outage means cancelled consultations.
already hired in healthcare
data scientist and data engineer
They use medical or imaging data to build a product or an algorithm. We look for someone who has already worked with sensitive data.
already hired in healthcare
product owner
They turn clinicians' needs into features. The right person has spent time with doctors, not only with developers.
already hired in healthcare
quality and regulatory affairs engineer
They prepare the CE marking and run the quality system of a medical device. It is often the role that holds up a market launch.
already hired in healthcare
R&D lead and electronics engineer
They design the device, from the electronics to the embedded software. People who have taken a medical product all the way to certification are rare.
already hired in healthcare
healthcare sales and account manager
Inside sales, medical sales rep, account manager: they sell to practitioners, pharmacies or facilities, with sales cycles that differ widely from one client to the next.
already hired in healthcare
CIO and head of medical information
In a clinic or a hospital, the CIO and the head of medical information run the systems and the data. These are positions of trust.

the method
one headhunter per role, not one firm for everything
We have tracked every headhunter since November 2020, on three criteria: how many hires they make, the quality of their profiles, their speed.
you describe the role
You fill in the form, then we talk it through: the job, the regulatory context, the salary. You set the fee, between 5 and 30%.
we choose the headhunters
From more than 2,500 selected headhunters, we keep those who make the most placements in your field.
you meet the right profiles
The headhunters approach and check every profile. You receive fewer CVs, but ones that match.
you only pay if you hire
Nothing to pay upfront. No fixed fees, no deposit.
hiring in healthcare
why use a healthcare recruitment agency
Healthcare recruitment is still under strain. According to France Travail's 2026 labour needs study (BMO), health, social care and personal services account for 322,000 hiring plans, 54% of them rated difficult. Clinicians make up most of that demand, but healthcare companies face the same shortage for their technical profiles.
A healthtech company, a medical device maker or a group of private clinics needs people who know two trades: their own, and healthcare. They are rare, in post, and don't answer job ads. A healthcare recruitment agency goes and finds them directly.

the key roles in healthcare companies
Developers and DevOps engineers for teleconsultation or booking platforms, data engineers and data scientists for medical and imaging data, product owners who can talk to clinicians: these are the roles healthtech companies hand us most often.
On the medtech side, quality and regulatory affairs engineers, R&D managers and electronics or mechatronics engineers design devices and get them certified. On the sales side, inside sales reps, medical sales reps and account managers sell to practitioners, pharmacies and hospitals.

health data: tech hiring under constraints
A platform that handles health data isn't built like an online shop. Since 1 April 2018, any provider hosting personal health data on behalf of a third party must hold HDS certification (health data hosting), under the standard published by the French digital health agency.
Your developers and DevOps engineers therefore work with security, traceability and interoperability requirements other sectors don't have. The headhunter checks that a candidate has already shipped in that setting: certified hosting, patient data, integration with hospital software.
medical devices: regulation sets the launch date
The EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 has applied since 26 May 2021. It tightened clinical evaluation, post-market surveillance and technical documentation. For a manufacturer, without a quality and regulatory affairs lead (QARA), CE marking doesn't move.
These people have often taken only one or two devices through certification in their whole career. The headhunter checks the type of device, its risk class and the audits passed with the notified body. You meet people who have already done the job, not generalist quality profiles.
how muzzo runs your search in healthcare
Your role goes to the headhunters with the most hires in that field, chosen from more than 2,500 selected headhunters. A regulatory engineer and a backend developer don't go to the same headhunter. For Qare, we have recruited developers, a DevOps engineer and an inside sales rep.
You set the fee, between 5 and 30%, and you only pay on hire. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If no replacement is found within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of new hires are still in post after 3 months.
your questions about hiring in healthcare
Not on this page. Clinical roles have their own pages: care and allied health. Here, we recruit for healthcare companies: tech and product teams, quality and regulatory, R&D, sales, management roles.
A traditional agency hands your role to its own recruiters. Muzzo hands it to the headhunters with the best results in that field, chosen from more than 2,500 selected headhunters. A regulatory engineer and a backend developer don't go to the same headhunter.
The ones we choose for a quality or regulatory role do: they have already recruited for that job. They check the certification files handled, the audits passed and the type of device. You meet people who have already done the work.
On average, a Muzzo hire takes 26 days, across all roles, over the last 12 months. For a developer, the timing depends mostly on the stack and on the health data experience required. The Muzzo team gives you an estimate from your first conversation.
Yes, for their support functions: CIO, head of medical information, financial control, purchasing, accounting. Healthcare companies have already handed us these roles. Clinical staff are covered on our care and allied health pages.
