one last question?
You set the fee for each role, between 5 and 30%, and you only pay it on hire. No deposit, no fixed fees. A production technician and a responsible pharmacist don't take the same effort : the fee follows how rare the profile is, and the Muzzo team helps you set it.
You have a double guarantee. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If we find no replacement within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of Muzzo hires are still in post after 3 months.

the reality
in pharma, a dossier counts as much as the profile
a referential to master before the role
Good manufacturing practices, pharmacovigilance, marketing authorization dossiers : a good profile knows these referentials already. A pharma headhunter verifies which ones before presenting the candidate.
regulatory roles with legal responsibility
Responsible pharmacist, qualified or delegated : these roles commit the company to the ANSM. The headhunter cross-checks the profile's real experience in these responsibilities.
rare profiles in one basin
Labs and CDMOs concentrate in a few industrial basins. A headhunter who knows these basins knows who is in post, and where.
the roles
the pharma profiles our headhunters go after for you
From production to regulatory, each role goes to a headhunter who knows drugs.

responsible pharmacist and delegated pharmacist
They commit the company to the ANSM for manufacturing and drug distribution compliance.

quality assurance manager and technician
They own the site quality system, deviations and audits, under good manufacturing practices.

regulatory affairs manager
They prepare and follow marketing authorization dossiers, in France and abroad.

production technician and manager
They run manufacturing or packaging lines under good manufacturing practices, on schedule.

medical sales rep and hospital account manager
They present the drug to city doctors or hospital pharmacies, within the medical sales charter.

pharmaceutical supply chain manager
They plan production and flow for a drug whose stock-out is monitored by the ANSM.
the method
a pharma headhunter, not an agency that does everything
Production, quality, regulatory or sales: these roles don't recruit from the same networks. The method starts from your function.
we place the role in the drug chain
Production, quality, regulatory, supply or medical sales : the brief sets out the function, site and expected qualifications (GMP, responsible pharmacist).
one headhunter per function
From more than 2,500 selected headhunters, your role goes to those who place the most people in that exact pharma role.
dossiers checked before the interview
The headhunter asks which dossiers the profile has followed (audit, authorization, quality deviation) and cross-checks via reference before introducing you.

hiring in pharma: what you need to know

A pharma recruitment agency finds profiles for labs and CDMOs : GMP production, quality assurance, responsible pharmacist, regulatory affairs, supply and medical sales. Medical devices have their own medtech page, and biotech start-up upstream research has their biotech page.
With Muzzo, your role is not posted as just another job ad. It goes to headhunters who place the most people in that exact role. The one who places responsible pharmacists is not the one who places medical sales reps.

In production, a technician or manager runs manufacturing or packaging lines under good manufacturing practices. In quality, a manager or technician follows deviations and prepares ANSM audits.
On regulatory, a manager prepares marketing authorization dossiers. These three roles overlap daily but recruit from different schools and networks : the brief must name the function you want.

A responsible or delegated pharmacist commits the company to the ANSM. Before presenting a profile for such a role, the headhunter verifies the dossiers they actually followed: which inspections, which deviations, which site perimeter.
They also tell you what the profile will need to learn with you, for example a new production type or an export market not yet covered, so onboarding is planned from the offer.
medical sales rep and hospital account manager: separate networks
The medical sales rep presents the drug to city doctors, within a charter-regulated framework. The hospital account manager negotiates drug access to hospital pharmacies, a purchase circuit different from city pharmacies.
Headhunters recruiting for these two roles are not the same : one knows city doctor networks, the other hospital pharmacists and pharmacy committees.

France Travail's 2026 BMO survey says 60.9% of 3,680 pharmacist hiring plans are hard to fill, versus 43.8% across all jobs. Medical and pharmacy technicians, a France Travail family that also covers pharmacy and lab/imaging technicians (not just industry), count 7,470 hiring plans, of which 59.6% are hard to fill.
These figures count all levels, not just managers. They say one thing simply : for these roles, a job ad is not enough. Headhunters approach profiles already in post, at labs, CDMOs and hospitals.

A good pharma profile is in post, often on a tight quality or manufacturing team. Headhunters approach them directly at labs, CDMOs and hospitals. They verify the dossiers actually followed and introduce few profiles, all qualified.
Your searches stay confidential : an ANSM inspection coming, a new site opening or a responsible pharmacist leaving are never announced. On an urgent role, several headhunters can search together, each in their own network.
