one last question?
With Muzzo, you set the fee for each role, between 5 and 30%. You only pay it once the person is hired. No fixed fees, no deposit: if you don't hire, you pay nothing. The Muzzo team helps you choose the right amount.
You have a double guarantee. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If we don't find a replacement within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of new hires are still in post after 3 months.
Click “get started” and describe your role in two steps. The Muzzo team gets back to you to refine what you need. Then the headhunters who make the most placements in that field get to work. Launching is free, with no exclusivity.

the reality
in care, the best people already have options
good care staff don’t read job ads
A good nurse manager or nurse coordinator already gets offers. They don’t answer job ads. A headhunter familiar with the sector knows where they work and calls them directly.
caring and managing, two different jobs
Running a care unit and running a facility, its budgets and its licences don’t call for the same strengths. At Muzzo, each role goes to the headhunter who knows that job.
a vacant post weighs on continuity of care
A missing director of nursing, and the teams and patients feel it. Several headhunters can work in parallel, one per role.

hiring with a care recruitment agency
why use a care recruitment agency
A clinic, a care home or a health centre relies on a few key roles: facility director, director of nursing, nurse manager, nurse coordinator, coordinating physician. When one is missing, the whole organisation of care suffers.
These people are in post and in high demand. A care recruitment agency approaches them directly, with a concrete project for your facility, and checks their qualifications and experience before introducing them.

a documented shortage of care staff
According to a report by France's Igas published in February 2026, the number of newly qualified nurses fell from 26,447 in 2012 to 24,215 in 2023, while the population is ageing. France Travail's 2026 labour needs report also counts 62,100 planned hires of nursing assistants.
In this context, facilities compete for the same managers. A nurse manager or nurse coordinator who keeps a ward running has no reason to answer a job ad: you have to go and find them with a project that holds up.

qualifications and obligations: what our headhunters check
In France, nurses and doctors must be registered with their professional body (the Ordre). A nurse manager holds the specific nurse manager diploma, an advanced practice nurse a master's-level state diploma. Care homes must have a coordinating physician.
Our headhunters check these points from the first call, along with real experience: facility size, number of beds, teams managed, accreditation by the French National Authority for Health prepared or obtained.
management, supervision, coordination, support functions
A facility director is responsible for the budget, the medical project and relations with the regional health agency. A director of nursing and a nurse manager organise the care teams. A nurse or coordinating physician acts as the link between care teams and families.
Support functions matter too: medical information, healthcare purchasing, information systems. We have already filled these roles for care providers. Each role goes to the headhunter who knows that job.
how our headhunters find care professionals
Your role goes to the headhunters who have already recruited for that job, chosen from more than 2,500 selected headhunters. We have tracked them since November 2020 on three criteria: how many hires they make, the quality of their profiles, their speed.
They know the clinics, care home groups, health centres and hospitals in your region. They approach professionals in post, check their qualifications and references, then introduce few profiles, but the right ones.
cost, timing and guarantee for a hire in a care facility
You set the fee for each role, between 5 and 30%, and you only pay it when you hire. Launching is free, with no exclusivity. A Muzzo hire takes 26 days on average, across all roles, over the last 12 months.
If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If we don't find a replacement within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of new hires are still in the role after 3 months.
your questions about hiring for care facilities
Facility director, director of nursing, nurse manager: these roles hold a facility together. The right people are in post and don’t answer job ads. A headhunter familiar with the sector approaches them directly and checks their management experience.
For these roles, a direct approach matters: coordinating physician, nurse coordinator, advanced practice nurse, specialist for a clinic. Each role goes to a headhunter who knows these jobs and their qualifications. For rehabilitation and allied health roles, see also our allied health page.
Qualified nurses are scarce: according to the Igas, the number of newly qualified nurses fell from 26,447 in 2012 to 24,215 in 2023, while the population is ageing. Experienced nurses are in post and in demand, so you have to approach them directly.
A nurse manager holds the French nurse manager diploma and has already led a care team. Our headhunters approach those in post, check the size of the teams they manage and introduce the ones who fit your project.
The care page is for facilities that treat patients: clinics, care homes, health centres, and their care staff. The healthcare page is for health companies: healthtech, medical devices, laboratories, and their tech, quality or sales teams.
