one last question?
You set the fee for each role, between 5 and 30%. You only pay it once the person is hired. No fixed fees, no deposit. If you don't hire, you pay nothing. The Muzzo team helps you choose the right amount.
You have a double guarantee. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, we restart the search at no cost. If we don't find a replacement within 4 months, we refund 50% of the fees. On average, 94% of new hires are still in post after 3 months.
Click “get started” and describe your role in two steps. The Muzzo team gets back to you to refine the need. Then the headhunters who make the most placements in that field get to work. Launching is free, with no exclusivity.

the reality
in logistics, a vacancy shows up on the dock straight away
a good shift supervisor is already running a warehouse
They know their flows, their teams and their customers. They aren't looking. A headhunter spots them and calls them directly.
peaks don't wait
Year-end, sales, a new e-commerce client: volume jumps overnight. If the supervisors aren't in place beforehand, delivery times take the hit.
warehouse, supply chain, selling services: three jobs
Running a dock, planning flows and selling logistics services call for people from different networks. At Muzzo, each role goes to the headhunter who knows that job.

logistics recruitment: what you need to know
logistics recruitment: why use a specialist agency
A logistics recruitment agency exists to find the warehouse managers, shift supervisors and supply chain managers who already run a site and never read job ads. When logistics jams, the whole company feels it: delays, stock-outs, unhappy customers.
The sector is hiring. According to the 2025 report of the OPTL, the jobs observatory of the French transport and logistics industry, logistics providers grew their headcount by 4.6% in 2024 and accounted for almost half of the jobs created in the industry. Experienced supervisors are in high demand.

hiring a warehouse manager or a logistics shift supervisor
The warehouse manager owns the site: safety, productivity, budget, the relationship with the client. The shift supervisor keeps the pace day to day, manages the pickers and handles whatever goes wrong on the dock. Two key roles, two different profiles.
What to check: site size (floor space, number of SKUs, volumes), type of flows (B2B, e-commerce, chilled, bulk), the warehouse management system used and the number of people managed. A logistics headhunter asks these questions on the very first call.

supply chain manager, planner, transport coordinator: the planning roles
Above the dock, logistics is run on numbers. The supply chain manager forecasts volumes and trades off stock cost against service levels. The planner sets the replenishment schedule. The logistics and transport coordinator links the warehouse, the carriers and the customer.
These people come from logistics providers as well as from manufacturers and retailers. Hiring them means knowing both worlds, which is why Muzzo gives each role to the headhunter who has already filled that exact role.
collective agreements, forklift licences and safety: the rules of the sector
Most French logistics providers fall under the national collective agreement for road transport and related activities (IDCC 16). A retailer's or manufacturer's warehouse often applies its own industry's agreement, for example the wholesale trade agreement (IDCC 573). The agreement changes job grades and pay scales, so it is worth stating in the brief.
On safety, INRS, the French occupational safety institute, points out that driving a ride-on forklift requires a driving authorisation issued by the employer, usually based on the CACES R489 certificate. For a supervisory role, the headhunter also checks real experience of risk prevention on a live site.
hiring ahead of peak season
Year-end, sales, Black Friday, a new client coming on board: logistics lives by its peaks. A site manager hired in November arrives too late for the December peak. You have to allow for the time to hire, then for the new hire's notice period.
With Muzzo, a hire takes 26 days on average, from brief to signature. For a year-end peak, launching the search in September leaves time to sign and settle the management team before volumes rise.
logistics recruitment agency or a network of headhunters?
A specialist logistics agency saves you time: it runs the search, the approaches and the first interviews. But it gives your role to its own consultants, whatever the job.
With Muzzo, your role goes to the headhunters who make the most placements in that exact role, chosen from more than 2,500 selected headhunters. You only pay on hire. If your new hire leaves within 3 months, the search restarts at no cost; if no replacement is found within 4 months, 50% of the fees are refunded.
your questions about hiring in logistics
Yes, as long as the mission starts early enough. On average, a Muzzo hire takes 26 days, across all roles, over the last 12 months. Then you need to allow for the new hire's notice period. For a year-end peak, it is best to start in early autumn.
Logistics covers warehousing, order picking and the supply chain. Transport covers fleet operations, freight brokerage, passenger transport and maritime or aviation roles. If your role spans both, we choose a headhunter who knows both.
Muzzo is built for the roles where a headhunter makes the difference: shift supervisors, dock managers, warehouse managers, coordinators, supply chain managers. If you need pickers or forklift drivers in volume, raise it with the Muzzo team in your first conversation: they will tell you honestly what is realistic.
Yes. Large warehouses are often far from city centres. We choose the headhunters by job and by region, to find people who live near the site or are ready to move there.
Yes. For a shift supervisor or a warehouse manager, the headhunter checks the CACES certificates held, experience of risk prevention and the size of the teams managed. The driving authorisation is still issued by your company. You set your requirements in the brief.
